Delivery Rates?
We are currently shipping to addresses within Canada, the USA and the UK. We will ship to international destinations provided you are willing to pay the additional shipping costs (See rates at checkout). Please note that rates are dependant on the total weight (dimensional if applicable) and the destination of the shipment and tracking may not be available to all destinations.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order confirmation email will include a reference or tracking number where available. Please use this number to track the progress of your package with the carrier. Tracking is only available for shipments within Canada and to the USA at this time. Do you accept international orders? We will ship international orders provided you are willing to pay the additional shipping costs (see rates at checkout). We do our best to select the most economical carrier to your country.
