Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your order from Sink Inc. However if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days and we will be glad to resolve/address your concerns, process an exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges), providing the goods are in their original, unused condition.

In the event of you receiving defective products, please let us know and we will send out a replacement as soon as we can. As there are occasions where it may not be necessary to send the product back, please contact us before returning any items. 

Manufacturer’s Warranty
For your peace of mind, all items purchased on the insink.ca website are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 30-days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will be happy to replace your product.

A manufacturing defect is defined as any fault in the product’s materials or workmanship, which is present at time of receipt. The following conditions are not classified as manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty: accidental damage, normal wear and tear, general product misuse/abuse, any product not used or maintained in accordance with the Care & Use Instructions, any product which has been modified, staining caused by foods with strong colourants, such as turmeric, tomatoes etc., melting caused by overheating.

We do not accept liability for returned packages that are damaged during transit. Your 30-day warranty is only valid if you have a valid proof of purchase. If the item was not purchased directly from the insink.ca website, please contact the retailer which the product was purchased from for returns, exchanges and refunds.

Privacy Notice
Sink Inc. accepts VISA, Mastercard and other payment options. Personal credit card information is not kept or recorded in the Sink Inc’s computer’s database or in the paper files of the customers. 

Conditions of Use
Sink Inc has the right to make changes to the insink.ca Shopping Cart and its Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice at any time. When doing/completing a transaction, please visit the then current Conditions of Rights and Privacy Policy that apply to your transaction and use of this site.

To discontinue using the insink.ca Shopping Cart is your sole and only remedy if you are dissatisfied with the INSINK.CA Shopping Cart, its content or Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice. A modification to the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, the use of buying agent or conducting fraudulent activities on the insink.ca site is prohibited.

Shipping
​​Our goal is to ship your order the most economical way possible. Once payment is confirmed your order will be shipped within three ​business days. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Canada may incur import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges, which may be due at the time of delivery. These are not calculated during checkout and are not collected by Sink Inc. Please consult your local customs office for more details.
